White Chocolate Covered Popcorn

1 batch air popped popcorn
3 squares white almond bark, melted
1-2 squares chocolate almond bark, melted

Pop popcorn. Melt white chocolate almond bark (according to pkg. directions) and pour over popcorn. Add mix ins, and stir until popcorn is well coated. Immediately pour out onto waxed paper or cookie sheet and spread in a thin layer. Let cool for about 30 minutes.

Then melt the chocolate (brown) almond bark and drizzle with a fork over the top. Let cool, break apart, and enjoy.

Mix Ins:

Cashews and Toffee Bits
Cinnamon Bears and Cinnamon (ground cinnamon sprinkled in)
Gummy Worms and Skittles
M&M's and Stick Pretzles
Crushed Candy Canes and York Peppermint Patties cut up
Cut up Candy Bars (Snickers, Milky Way, Peanutbutter Cups)
Mounds or Almond Joy and flaked Coconut
Rollo's and Pretzles
Craisins and Almonds
Reese's Pieces

You can just experiment and see what you like. You can really mix in just about anything. Honestly, what doesn't taste good covered in chocolate?!?
